Hi, I’m Christina.

I am an imperfect person who is on this journey of life, just like anyone reading this.

It is only after beginning an intentional exploration of myself that I started to not only learn what my values are, but to build the strength and courage to start to live by them. Since this has meant questioning where many of my older beliefs came from, and realizing that many of them came from the culture we've created and from generations past, it has definitely not been smooth or easy...and I definitely haven't done it perfectly. But it has been so fulfilling and life-changing.

The journey never ends so long as I live and breathe, and the work never stops...but my skill set to deal with it all will continue to grow, and I have no doubt, will continue to bring beautiful moments into my world.

Services and Packages

Let’s have a discovery call and talk about what you’re hoping to gain from your journey of self-exploration. From there we can talk about what type of coaching experience will be the best fit for you.

  • If you’re looking for some more immediate guidance on something specific, let’s dive in and focus on identifying some themes and blocks that are arising, along with some preliminary tools that you can work with!

  • This is great for anyone who is looking for a touchstone in their journey, as well as tools that may help you along the way! I will send you a summary of session notes to help you notice your progress, themes that have arisen, and action plans and tools we discussed.

    We reassess after each investment period as your needs along your journey can change.

  • At some points along your journey you may find that a more frequent check-in is helpful for maintaining momentum and keeping you accountable (much like having a work-out partner or personal trainer). I will send you a summary of session notes to help you notice your progress, themes that have arisen, and action plans and tools we discussed. In between sessions I will be available by email and/or a 15-minute phone call if you need a reminder of how to implement a tool, or just a little bit of additional encouragement!

  • Transitions can feel challenging and sometimes lonely - even good transitions. This is for anyone needing extra support when navigating a big transition. We will connect by phone or virtually once in the morning for a 30-minute check-in and intention-setting, and again later in the day for a 60-minute run-down of how your day went, and how to recenter and prepare for tomorrow.

  • Add-on for local clients from May-end of October to do our session while doing a nature walk. Moving our bodies and being out in nature can do so much for our spirit and even for our ability to be vulnerable. Let’s do some light hiking and take advantage of what nature has to offer. Current available meeting points are: Oak Ridges Trail, Jefferson Forest, King City Trail, Bindertwine Park, Boyd Park, Kortright Centre for Conservation, Bond Lake, Whitchurch Conservation Area.
