Workplace Wellness Sessions
Practical, reflective sessions to help people pause, reconnect with themselves, and move through pressure and change with more steadiness.
Session Options
Many of us move through our workdays carrying more than others can see.
We’re responding to clients, patients, colleagues, deadlines, decisions, emotions, expectations, and constant input — often with very little space to notice what we’re carrying or what we may need.
My workplace wellness sessions create space to pause.
Through accessible education, guided reflection, nervous system support, and practical tools, I help participants better understand what may be happening beneath the surface, reconnect with themselves, and explore simple practices they can return to during full or stressful workdays.
My intention is to create sessions that feel warm, grounded, practical, and human — with no pressure for participants to share anything personally.

Practical, accessible nervous system and self-awareness tools for busy, high-demand environments.
When much of the workday is spent responding, producing, helping, or moving from one demand to the next, it can be easy to lose touch with what’s happening within us until we’re already feeling overwhelmed or depleted.
The Power of Pause offers a chance to slow things down and notice how stress and pressure may be showing up in the body. Together, we explore simple ways to reconnect with ourselves and create small moments of steadiness within the workday.
Participants leave with:
a clearer understanding of how stress and pressure can show up in the body
simple tools to pause and reset during or after stressful moments
greater awareness of their own internal signals
practical ways to reconnect with themselves without needing a lot of time or privacy
-
Staying grounded when there isn’t an immediate solution.
Many of us feel more comfortable when there’s something we can do. It can be much harder to stay present when an answer isn’t clear, an outcome is outside our control, or someone we care about is struggling.
This session explores what can happen within us when we can’t immediately solve what’s in front of us — including the urge to fix, take responsibility, push for certainty, or carry more than is ours.
Participants are introduced to practical ways to stay grounded and connected to themselves while making space for uncertainty.
Participants leave with:
greater awareness of how they respond when there isn’t an immediate answer
practical ways to ground themselves within uncertainty
a more compassionate understanding of the urge to fix, solve, or take responsibility
tools for staying present without needing to force resolution
-
Supporting ourselves through uncertainty, transition, and shifting seasons.
Change can ask a lot of us — even when it’s wanted.
Periods of transition can bring uncertainty, emotion, shifting expectations, and questions we don’t yet know how to answer. In the middle of all of that, it can become harder to hear ourselves clearly.
This session creates space to notice how change affects us personally and offers practical tools to help participants remain connected to themselves while moving through what is changing.
Participants leave with:
greater awareness of how change and uncertainty affect them
practical tools for supporting themselves through transition
ways to reconnect with their own needs, values, and internal signals
simple anchors they can return to when things feel unsettled or unclear
-
Caring deeply without taking responsibility for everything around us.
For people in helping, care-based, leadership, coaching, or client-facing roles, caring is often an important part of the work.
But there can be a subtle shift between caring deeply about someone’s experience and beginning to carry responsibility for their progress, emotions, choices, or outcomes.
This session explores that space with compassion and curiosity. Participants are invited to notice where over-responsibility may begin to show up and consider how they can remain present, invested, and caring without carrying the full weight of what happens next.
Participants leave with:
greater awareness of when caring begins to feel like carrying
insight into patterns that can make it difficult to step back or let go
practical ways to remain supportive without over-functioning
a more balanced relationship with responsibility, care, and their own capacity

Every team and organization is different.
If there’s a particular theme, season, or challenge your team is navigating, I’m happy to explore whether one of my existing sessions can be adapted or whether there may be a natural fit for a customized session within the areas I already work in.
You don’t need to know exactly what you’re looking for before reaching out. We can start with a conversation about what your team is experiencing and what you hope the session might support.

Workplace & Professional Sessions
I’ve had the opportunity to bring this work into workplace and professional settings, including wellness programming for a federal government agency and a session for a global professional coaching organization.
Across these spaces, my aim remains the same: to offer something practical and useful while also creating a little room for people to slow down, notice what’s happening within them, and reconnect with themselves.
Participants also described the sessions as warm and grounded, shared that they enjoyed the content and reflection prompts, and several wished the session had been longer.
“The Power of Pause was thoughtful, thought-provoking and inspiring. Thank you for taking the time to connect with our staff and create space for meaningful reflection and pause.”

About Me
I’m Christina Wong, a personal growth and inner alignment coach, writer, speaker, and workshop facilitator, and the founder of Journey Back to Self.
Much of my work explores the patterns, beliefs, protective habits, emotions, and nervous system responses that shape how we move through our lives, work, and relationships.
I bring together reflection, emotional awareness, nervous system support, and compassionate self-inquiry in ways that are practical and accessible. Whether I’m working with an individual, facilitating a workshop, or speaking with a team, my hope is to create space for people to understand themselves a little more deeply and find ways of supporting themselves that they can actually carry into their lives.
Bring a Session to Your Team
If you’re exploring support for your workplace, organization, clinic, or team, I’d be happy to connect and learn a little more about what you’re navigating.
From there, we can explore whether one of my existing sessions feels like the right fit.
